Studies show that early detection, when followed by appropriate treatment, saves lives and increases treatment options. The five-year survival rate for breast cancer is 98 percent among individuals whose cancer has not spread beyond the breast at the time of diagnosis.

Fact from Myspace: It may look like we have all the medical technology that we need but apparently, breast cancer can not be prevented to this day.

I go to a clinic to have breast exam once a year even if I'm only in my 20's. Better be safe than sorry.

Breast cancer stole someone very important to me: my mom. When they found it, it already had spread to 90% of her liver. Her doctor always suggested that she get mammograms, and she declined because "nobody in our family ever had cancer". Please get regular checkups. Breast cancer is very treatable if found early. Don't let it steal away someone important to you.

Tomorrow is my 29th birthday. I am the mother of an active one year old and have little time to myself. I would love to pamper myself with these products!

I have been touched by cancer in many ways. Several months ago my wonderful husband was diagnosed with Stage I melanoma at the age of 28. After surgery and several treatments, he is cancer-free!

Over the past 2 years, I have lost both of my aunts to breast cancer. It is a disease that does not discriminate- from the young to the old!

In a few weeks, I will be particiapting in the 3 Day cancer walk. We must stand up to this disease and find a cure!

I am a 41year old, 7 month breast cancer survivor myself...WOOT ! I had a bilateral mastectomy, reconstruction, and 6 rounds of chemo. I was very lucky that it hadn't spread to my lymph nodes...I am so very blessed !!

Thank you for doing so much to bring attention and awareness to this terrible disease that also stole my mother from me when she was only 52. We have to find a cure !!

Ladies...got those boobies checked...no excuses please !!

Thanks for a wonderful contest with fabulous products.

My best friend's mom was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago. It was unexpected, as she was healthy the last time I saw her (before college). From what I saw, it made her a stronger person, more passionate about life, and more aware of everything happening around her. She is doing well, but the reality is that this could happen to any of us at any time. Thank you for participating in a good cause.

Mammography is especially valuable as an early detection tool because it can identify breast cancer at an early stage, usually before physical symptoms develop when the disease is most treatable.

On a personal note, my mom is a five-year breast cancer survivor! She was diagnosed *very* early through a regular mammogram.

Thank you!
