Print out this colorful poster and paste your own, personal affirmations in the boxes (or use ours...they are guaranteed to make you feel and be a great).  The more copies you place around at home, work (even in your car or on the case of your laptop!) the more likely you are to remember your special goals.

Whenever you see the poster, say the affirmations to yourself or out loud (out loud is better).  DO IT OFTEN...watch your garden of success, joy, and love, grow!
