  The Advice Sisters asked readers: What's your #1 New Years resolution for 2008?  Hundreds of readers responded, hoping to win the fantastic collection of Champion Sportswear worth over $200!

  The winner is:  Sarah A. Hirsch of Michigan.  Here she is, modeling her new Champion Sportswear!    Sarah's entry inspired us to remember that how we can have far-reaching effects, and she expressed this, beautifully.  Here is Sarah's winning entry:

  "This year, I have decided to become a better role model for my daughter. I have noticed that all of my bad habits have been adopted by her - my impatience, my tendency to change the subject, my unhealthy diet. It is hard to alter yourself when you've grown comfortable in your life, but when the change makes a difference in the legacy that you leave your child, it becomes much more attainable. I strive to be conscious of all of my choices throughout the day, considering their impact not only on my life, but also on my daughter's."

In case you're wondering what others are hoping to do to improve their lives in 2008,  here is a rough breakdown:  

diet/lose weight - 20% ; get in better shape/exercise more - 20% ; create a healthier lifestyle 20% ; Make more money 10%, be nicer to others 5% ; pamper myself 5% ; spend more time with my family 2% ; be less stressed-out 2% ; quit smoking 2% ; be more spiritual 2%; all other resolutions 2%
