The contest is open to legal residents of the United States only, who are 18 years old or older. Limit one entry per person. Mailing list. By submitting an entry, you agree to receive occasional emails from the Advice Sisters. However, you may stop the emails at any time by sending your request by email to advicesisters@advicesisters.net Your decision to do so will not affect your entry in this contest or your chances of winning. All entrants must fill out the entry form completely and have a valid email address. Random Drawing/Odds. One prize winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By entering the contest, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these official rules ("Official Rules") and the decisions of the Advice Sisters, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. Notification. Winner will be notified by email on or about Mid December, 2008. The winner has 60 days to respond to the AdviceSisters and acknowledge that s/he wishes to receive the prize, along with a preferred mailing address. . The winner Winner will be requested to send a photo (digital preferred) displaying or wearing the prize items. for exclusive use on the Advice Sisters web site and for the company supplying that prize. If winner cannot be contacted within (60) sixty calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects the prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and The Advice Sisters reserve the right to select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Participation in this contest and acceptance of prize constitutes winner's permission for the Advice Sisters and the contest Sponsor (Champion) to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the contest or Sponsor or prize supplier for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
